    I wonder how many General Hospital fans are confused by the old clips they are showing this week before Brenda (Vanessa Marcil) returns tomorrow. If you didn't watch it years ago, Sarah Brown in the last year was Claudia Zacharria. Years ago she played the part of Carly. Jax and Jason (who are still cute) were darling then.

    I went to the link on the main page under News, and I think I had to log in through my HCC user name and password. Then I had to fill in my information and the coupon code. They said they would send me an email to confirm it--problem is they will not get rid of my old email address even though I have requested they change it several times. So the confirmation went to an email address that no longer exists--I hope I still get it (who knows).

    I got my dvd Tuesday. I haven't had the time to sit down and watch the whole thing, but it seems to be put together really well. I love hearing the band members talk about what they did on this album when they made it. It has a lot of old clips that most of us have seen previously, but the new commentary that goes with that is interesting. Tom does look good in this, but Benmont (to me) looks better and as cute as ever.

    I am wondering if I missed some kind of announcement--on the inside of the dvd it says coming October, 2010, 2-CD deluxe with bonus tracks edition. Are they releasing a deluxe edition of Damn the Torpedoes with bonus tracks?

    I didn't get an email either. I did save the email where I renewed my Highway Companion Club membership. I renewed before they offered the package of buy the tickets and join the club together (maybe that is the reason I didn't get one).

    If you go to tompetty.com and to the news section, it gives you a link to a section to fill in if you have not received an email and joined the HCC. I filled it in a few hours ago, but I have not received any response yet.

    Thanks Marion! I was impressed with how many features that one piece of software has, and I definitely need something user friendly. I am seriously thinking of buying this; and I didn't realize that it provides upgrades if you purchase the best package which is only a plus. Thanks again.

    I am trying to just convert the flac files to mp3s on a pc. I also want to convert my avi videos from my little flip camera so they can be put on a dvd to watch through a dvd player (not just on the computer). It seems whatever program I choose usually does not work easily or does not work at all. I am like the Calamity Jane of choices--if there are two choices, I always, without fail, choose the wrong one and end up back at square one or mess the whole project up.
