I've been listening to my nephew's band. They sound really good. puts me in the mindset of Jimmy Eat World/Fall Out Boy genre). The lead singer sounds a lot like Ben Folds on a couple of the songs.

I hate that my husband sat on the couch the whole time when I could have used some help cleaning underneath appliances yesterday. (dryer and oven weren't too bad, but could have used a little help with moving (I don't know how much it weighed), a half-stocked fridge!)

I refer to the drink as the brand of whatever it is (ex. Dr Pepper, Pepsi)...don't use "coke" indiscriminately (like my parents/grandparents)... I refer to soft drinks in general as "soda".

No Petty gifts. But I did get a new turntable. Now I can listen to all my records again! (especially some of the rarer ones that I don't have on CD)
