understand about the co-worker thing. At my work, there is only the two of us and the boss. Funny thing.. on my days off the schedule is light as it can be, but on her days off, seems like 4 times the workload... (and it's usually on Fridays)...

I usually make a list of things to do and a shopping list (on stickys). I tried that control journal (Flylady thing) for a while. Although a great idea, I'm not that committed, I guess... Today: pay bills, go to walmart, fold clothes, wash clothes...
