  1. I'm pretty happy. I have Comcast, and although I've had my problems with them, ever since I moved into a house (not an apartment) things have been great.
  2. LOL! My boss just was standing near my desk, flossing as she talked to me!
  3. Yes! 3 times! I had horrible teeth. saw the orthodontist from age 11-17. Would have been much shorter if I had worn my retainers. But I didn't...
  4. Christina Aguilera? Talk about "not remotely on my radar!"
  5. I don't buy magazines, I read them in the supermarket. Its the pictures and the headlines that draw my attention. Yesterday the person at the check out had to call me more than once to get my attention. I was next and was just standing there with my full cart, reading. You can rad magazines online, and I do that, too.
  6. no. my sister did, and I thought she was nuts. I did have an invisible plane, when I was plying Wonder Woman!
  7. I think I can handle a lot. The key with me is that I need to steadily blow off steam - most often with yelling and swearing. That's what works for me. And as long as I am actively planning and participating in some sort of resloution, I feel like I can go on forever. I don't have any give up in me!
  8. oh, god. I forgot about Pennywise! I read that book when I was a kid and it scared me, and then Tim Curry played him in the TV movie and that petrified me! Those teeth!
  9. ^ that's a shame! I would have chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, peanut butter sauce, whipped cream, and Reese's pieces.
  10. yes, I do. Don't want to talk about them specifically - don't want the magic to diminish! One of them is a tattoo - its safe to say I won't lose it!
  11. Oh! I hate clownfest. There's this one clown named Fritz the clown that hangs around town all summer. Weird.
  12. 1. At what age did you discover Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers? Around 12 yrs old (Full Moon Fever) I actually got obsessed with the video for Free Fallin'. Any one remember videos? 2. First TP&TH 45/album/cd did you buy? I didn't buy very many for myself at first. My dad had the cassettes Southern Accents, Full Moon Fever, Into the Great Wide Open, and I just used to swipe them. Maybe the first CD I bought for myself was Wildflowers. 3. I know it's hard, but what song is your favorite? I go through different moods with favorite songs. But if I had to just pick one... I would say Learning to Fly, but then I would change my mind to Free Fallin', but then I would go back to Learning to Fly, etc. etc. etc. 4. This might be hard for some, but which song do you not favor? I don't A Woman in Love very much. I have an aversion to synthesizers. 5. How many TP&TH concerts would you say you have been to (not counting this upcoming tour)? 21. 6. What is it about this band that just keeps you coming back for more? Quality. Shows are just chock full of good stuff, and they are a summer staple.
  13. I have a car that's pretty much in the dark ages. Its a 2001, so it has no satellite radio, no gps, doesn't even have an mp3 input. Just a radio, and a single-disc cd player. I own my car and therefore have no car payment - so i just just rock on down the road, listening to my radio! I don't know how to burn dvds on my computer, and I have a 1G ipod nano (definitely need an update on the ipod!)
  14. 1. Do you take walks? If so, where do you like to walk? Yes. I walk about a mile every day in NYc (to and from work from the bus station). I love to walk around outside - the (ocean) beach, the river, the Pine Barrens. Anything that is the opposite of NYC! 2. What does your hair look like today? Damp from rain. Just had it cut into some layers, shoulder length, wavy, brown. 3. What are you jealous of? When I watch Martha Stewart and she gives her whole audience cool gifts! (Its silly, but I hate them!) 4. What winds you up? Complaining about things that you can't do anything about. 5. What makes you stare? Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers!
  15. Here comes the sun!!! I love it
  16. I have the same damn problem. :015:
  17. check out hotels in the town of Lyndhurst, NJ. Very close to IZOD & NYC, and public transportation is very close. Maybe the prices will be a little more reasonable. I used to live near there, and there are quite a few hotels all around the same area.
  18. I confess...my Visa bill is going to be ridonkulous.
