1. What’s the best thing about being awake when the rest of the world seems to be sleeping? the quiet and solitude 2. Where can you go when you get a case of the late-night munchies? Wawa! 3. What open-all-night establishment has saved you from catastrophe, and what were the circumstances? Many many times I have been driving some unimaginably long distance, and I've stopped at a McDonalds on the highway to get a coffee. I'm sure it saved me from being too tired to drive safely. 4. What’s the worst thing about being awake when the rest of the world seems to be sleeping? Desperately wanting to get some sleep 5. When you are up all night at home for whatever reason, what’s most likely to be on the television to keep you company? I like the shows on History channel - the 1-hour documentary types about whatever topic. The droning voice of the narrator hapls me to fall asleep. And if I can't, I usually learn something about some kind of random subject.

1-go to bed early 2-resist the urge to play anymore Harry Potter Lego years 1-4 on wii. (the wii really is the devil - its why I'm so tired!)
-
Lyrics - they are what stick with me and why I lreally love a song.

when I saw that dog, I thought it looked like a reindeer with a dog's head. so cute, though...

Orate superlatively I was afraid of speaking in public for a while, but I had to do it once, just had to - and I found out that I'm really quite good at it! "Had some fear to get around..." (my favorite line from Square One)

I am having none of this! I picked out my couch, its all paid for, the cats have scratched it a bit, but I love it and I want it to stay just where it is! (and its pink, which is just awesome)
-
no. The Blackberry.....kind of?
-
I could get myself and the cats out, but I'm really not sure how I would get my humongous turtle out of her tank. Her room is on the opposite side of the house than my room. (yes, my turtle has her own room, she's really that big!)

^ I love the beach in the wintertime. So far I've only gone once this winter! Too much snow and bad weather. Just found out today that my nephew's graduation is (probably) going to fall right smack in the middle of Bonnarroo. Can't go this year. I found out about another one the All Good festival in West Virginia. Anybody been there? Its in July, and its a lot closer than Tennessee.
-
I am so glad that thing did not see a shadow! I'm suffering through this horrible winter so far...
-
Either no one, or everyone. I'm cranky today and I pretty much hate people.
-
Bonnaroo is my next huge vacation on the horizon. I've also been checking into going to Orlando to Harry Potter World sometime this spring, but is just so damn expensive!

One year (early in my vegetarianism) my father and I tried to make Linda McCartney's tofu-turkey wrapped in puff pastry for Thanksgiving. It was a recipe from Vegetarian Times magazine. Everything about it was just BAD! It was so awful, we started having lasagna every year for Thanksgiving!

I want to see some blue sky. I'm so tired of seeing white sky and gray sky. A little blue, please!
-
roller coaster all the way. I love every kind of daredevil-adrenaline-type ride. I absolutely can not stand ferris wheels. The slowness, coupled with the circular motion - I hate it!

1. How did you feel yesterday? Glad to be back at work and busy. And really, really REALLY sick of snow. 2. What kind of obstacles do you face this upcoming week? I'm on call for work this weekend (no need to go into the office, but may have to work from home), I have to work clearing the thick patch of ice at the end of my driveway, honestly I can't think of much else past this weekend - i have a lot to do to get myself back on track. 3. In your opinion, what is a good friend? Someone you can disagree with but also stick by. Someone who will help you do stuff you really don't want to do, and vice versa. 4. What is your fondest memory of a childhood friendship? My next door neighbors and their kids - Christie, Joey, Michael, Tony and Junior. And my sister - we did absolutely everything together. 5. Does time always kill pain? No, but time always brings new things to your life, new cares and distractions, and broadens and changes the "big picture". I am totally a forgive but never forget type of person.

growing up, we had family dinner every night Sunday through Friday. Saturdays (when my sister and I got older) we could kind of do our own thing. Our friends thought it was weird that we all ate dinner together. My parents always visited their friends on Saturday, and if us kids were "grounded", they made us come with them. Which now seems barely like a punishment because we have good memories of those Saturday nights, and I miss seeing those friends of my parents because they moved several states away about 7 years ago. I still go to my parents house on Sundays and have dinner with them and watch tv.

i sleep all splayed out like a starfish, and I fit myself on the bed wherever the cats will let me.
-
today I have to sit in a chair in a warm office, wearing warm dry clothes and work. I love it! (Can you tell I've been shoveling snow for 2 days???)
-
oh boy. Wrap presents (all of them, still!), bake peanut butter oatmeal cookies, decorate my tree (it involves lots of glueing string to pieces of fruit and stringing cranberries and popcorn - I don't know why I do it!), and LAUNDRY so I have some clean clothes to wear. I didn't get anything at all done last night, I had to deal with my year-end bills and it took soooo long.
-
no. no. no! my job involves internet and tv, and on days off I stay far, far away from internet and tv!
-
Banana bread, peanut butter-oatmeal cookies, and some vegetarian chick'n nuggets or sausage and peppers and onions (for us vegetarians!)
-
other. I don't trust anyone!
