  1. Oh how cool, Kelly!!! They are on Law & Order, SVU. Did you stay

    and watch?

no. had to get to the office. But I think a lot of tourists took pictures of me. I walked right in front of a huge mass of people taking pictures of the actors. I didn't notice them until I was right in front of them, and they were yelling for me to move.

  2. Today I saw Richard Belzer and Ice T in Times Square shooting their tv show. (L&O? SVU? I don't even know) I nearly walked right into them before I knew what was going on. I think I could walk through there asleep, it seems I was at least half-asleep this morning.

  3. ^ Hell no, I'm me!!! I don't need highlights or foil, unless you found something kinky to do with foil, skull caps and crotchet needles.....lol. BTW, have you ever looked at the spelling of "crotchet" and stopped after the first 6 letters!!!!

    its "crochet"

but your spelling made me laugh!

  4. I agree Beth, I love NJ! My town has a big Chili Cook Off and an ice cream festival every summer. The places I get dragged to when family and friends come to visit are Six Flags (we still call it "Great Adventure") and the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. I love Great Adventure, but I get really annoyed with the boardwalk. I worked there for wayyyy too many summers to enjoy it anymore.

  5. yes. I honestly don't remember not knowing how to swim. I first swam in the river, then the bay and ocean. We got a pool when I was 9, then moved when I was 11 to a house with a huge 20' x 40' pool. I never swam competitively, but I was (and still am!) the trusted adult that swims with younger kids in the pool and the ocean. I taught my nephew to swim when he was about 4 1/2.

  6. oh my, I can't imagine not having water to swim in! You need to get that pool, even if its an inflatable. They make some awsome ones, really big. (My cousins have one in their little tiny yard) And you can pack them away in the winter.

Anyway, I have some serious housecleaning to do today. Its amazing what the cats can do to a house when they are home alone for four days!

  7. My sister is two years younger. We always did everything at about the same time, so I guess there was some rivalry. We fought like crazy! She's the only person I've ever physically fought with. At some point when we were teenagers we started getting along, I guess it was when we were finally recognized as two independent, unique, completely different people. Now we're really tight. She still pisses me off, but I just talk to her instead of beating her up. :021:

  8. oh yes. I've dyed my hair all kinds of blonde, brown, red - i've been doing it since I was 17 or 18. I did it just for fun, but in the last 3 years I've noticed more and more gray coming in. One day when I'm almost all the way gray (should be at about 45 or 50, because of when it happened to my mother) I will stop dyeing and let it go. And then let my hair go to dreadlocks!

  9. Think of a friend:

    1. Do you know what their favorite song is? No. I could never pick just one favorite song myself, my friend couldn't either, I don't think.

    2. Did you go to school with them? Yes, college.

    3. If not, when did you meet them?

    4. Do you know what their eye color is? Greenish

    5. Do you know what a favorite movie is of theirs? Same thing with the songs, but I could pick some that we like in common.

    6. Have you ever been to a concert with them? No, but I am going to a music festival with her and her husband this weekend.
