Things to do while on home lock-down

^ Yeah, that was their hit on Capitol Records. They got really big in Youngstown and recorded some songs on their own in Pittsburg. Then Capitol signed them and ruined them. They were forced to do songs by writers tied to Capitol so they could make money!! Those songs were never popular and the rest is history. I used to follow the band when I was about 14 and older and then after getting a set of drums found it easy to get in a band myself cuz not too many kids had drums or could afford them. I started a band and got a lead guitarist that was the cousin of Ting's (Rhythm guitarist and backup singer for the Human Beingz). We often went to Ting's house to listen to music and listen to the tapes from Capitol Records while they were recording in Cleveland. I still keep in touch with Ting and Mel (Bass Player) through phone calls. Ting is now living in Santa Rosa, FL and Mel lives about 5-7 miles from me.

Tomfest, here's an oldie from my friends from Youngstown, Ohio you might want to chart up for the band. The guitar used was a Fender Villager 12 string.

Those heat lamps are so amazing! I'm impressed. I'm much more old school. Was online today buy-in garden stuff & found myself in a hydroponics website. Entirely by accident, honestly officer. So much stuff for growing a quiet amount to smoke. Your lights would fit right in! Stoners & their growers have sure come a long way since the last time I checked. 😉 Will find a photo, as words fail me. You might not be amazed, but I was. So cute - such compact design! i thought it was a portaloo or a camping shower, but it's just for a bit of home-grown pot... has built in lights, insulation, drip feed, doesn't immediately make itself obvious to the casual visitor... the works!!! I don't smoke, but now I want the kit.

Classic Rock Video of the Day II

BONUS Since we are all sitting around home looking for things to do to pass the time away, here's a little bonus video of George and a nervous Bob rehearsing at Madison Square.

I also have done a small amount of gardening so far. I planted seeds for San Marzano Italian Plum tomatoes, Sweet 100 Cherry tomatoes and Sweet Hungarian Banana Peppers. I already have Basil grown about 17 inches tall. I'll wait to plant green and yellow flat Italian Roma beans in raised beds I have ordered and should be here Monday. I have no plans on leaving the house soon, but I need top soil and potting mix to mix up together for my raised garden beds, about 10 cubic feet, so far. I checked Lowe's and Home Depot and they have what I want, but they want $79 to deliver it and that's just plain bullshit!!!! Each of the containers below have 12 seeds in them. I use Red led lights when seeds are underground, when the plants pop up through the soil, I use Blue led lights. When the plants grow higher than the dome, I'll move the trays over to a Seville Wire Rack and place the lights on the top rack and move the top shelf higher and higher as the plants grow. Am gardening - even more than normal - including growing: mushrooms from mushroom kits; salad leaves; and sprouts in jars on window sill (an old trick but works well) We're not locked down (yet) but we are all avoiding people as much as possible (which is an excellent reason if I don't like them). Good luck!
