^ I know Teresa. That just kills me. Everything with them is on back order. Why don't you order enough of the freakin' item to begin with?

there is a pretty easy solution.

do not buy anything from fanfire. doing that has saved me hours of headaches.

But I want the poster so I will wait. It's not like you can run down to Walmart and get it.

well it becomes a sort of chicken or the egg sort of conundrum. if people keep buying stuff why will they change how they operate? they have to see that sales are hurting due to customer service -- then they might improve upon it.

They don't care. It's not worth the hassle to boycott. I'll just come here and complain about them! :003:

As long as Fanfire is the only place to buy certain TPatH merchandise (posters, tshirts, etc. not music or DVDs) fans are gonna keep buying. Fanfire obviously knows this. As my hubby likes to say, "They got us by the shorties!" :013:
What we need is another outlet for this stuff...but who's gonna help us?

if we all stop buying and start complaining -- then maybe we can get somewhere. i have already done both and will continue to complain until it gets better. Maybe I should post a sample letter so we all can use it.

They should have anticipated it, huh?
