I actually got this link in an email. I guess WB checked their email system, now that there's some money to be made and not just a bunch of fans to keep updated on news.

Now they are saying $24.99 is a limited time pre-order price. Hmmmmmmm. I wonder what the in-store price will be. I really don't want to wait for this to be shipped. I just doubt I'll have it on the 16th.

my solution -- pre-order one and buy the other at the store. I know i will be at least giving one as a gift this holiday season so its no biggie to have 2 copies.
