The ears DO look like Tom's ears... Mostly the album cover reminds me of a poster I had back in the flower-power days, it was called 'The Universal Soldier' It had a figure in a Nehru jacket wearing love beads, flashing a peace sign--but the face was blank. When the poster was seen under black light a peace sign appeared where the face would have been.

I'm tempted to repeat what someone said about the cover of the Last DJ album: "I think it's Steve Ferrone in a wig."

The first word that came to my mind was the word appropriate. After all, the band is called Mudcrutch-- a name designed to confuse and confound the "straight" (mainstream) people of the early '70s.

I love it; it's pure rock 'n roll: not what you were expecting and a little shocking. But ultimately a good conversation starter.

well laz, it's out there now for a conversation piece and we certainly are talking about it. it seems like a combo of tom and usa presidents, but i'm sure it is very simple and tom wants it to be a mystery like the 'paul is dead theory'. it's probably colonel sanders..............lol.
