Anybody know anything about this? I clicked on the link, which took me to Ticketmaster. The show wasn't listed. Do you think perhaps the onsale date is February 4th at noon, rather than midnight as is listed below?

Is there any info on the dates listed as TBD? I see a couple of them have sale dates for tomorrow, but still no ATL info. Talk about losing my mind....I am SO glad we went ahead and ordered tix for Charlotte!

God I hope that's not it. Nothings on TM about it though, nor on any of his websites.

Yeah, I'm not seeing anything yet either. This same site is also listing a phantom Vegas show, so I guess that's another to keep an eye out for.

Well I'm not finding anything about a SF show on sale. Not on Ticketmaster or the offiicials. I feel fairly certain that this is the case of somebody jumping the gun.

I wouldn't trust this website... this is the Noblesville, IN date.

The only good thing is that it maybe gives us a heads up to where the SF concert is going to be.

Hi. New kid on the block.

I have sent an email to KFOG, as they are usually on top of things, but all they know at this time is to try checking the venues around to see if there is anything listed
( Shoreline, HP, Concord, Bill Graham Civic). Perhaps by process of elimination we can get somewhere.

Annoying. Can anyone suggest the best site to keep vigil? Tickertmaster? Live Nation? TP's site?

If I can add another gripe: Jackson Browne's Bay Area dates are booked to venues, but tickets have yet to be released, and nobody has a clue.

Thank You!

^ Welcome! Thanks for the info!
The best place to keep up to date would probably be this very site. You could always check tompetty.com but you wouldn't get the hilarious and entertaining commentary/tips/help, etc. ;)

Welcome to the farm Merrymary! The best you can probably do is keep checking all the sites daily. I'm pretty sure they'll at least announce the fan club pre-sale ahead of time over at the official site.

Hey, thanks so much for the heads up about Jackson Browne. I just went over to his website and I see he's got a full blown tour posted. I was just over there a few days ago. That makes me happy! :)

Thanks Katie and Echo!
I just got nostalgic for the boys, and then the tour was announced in this synchronistic manner. I got Clapton's book for Christmas, then there was the walk down memory lane with an audio track I pulled together so that i was listening to the music about which I was reading. That led to George, and the Concert For George, with the boys playing, and then round to the Wilburys, and....It is all too wonderful.

Per Russ Paris, who runs that fine unofficial JB site, the Live Acoustic 2 is due out soon (presale deals are already available, and Russ has the set list). <http://www.jrp-graphics.com/jackson_browne.html>

I have been to the Santa Rosa venue several times (as a performer of classical), but not Santa Cruz Civic. I like the idea of SC because he has a day off between shows, & it is a Saturday night, but wonder how the space sounds, and if it is intimate enough.

I need Tommy Time, too (TTT?).
You guys are great.

^ I've been dying to go to that Santa Rosa venue. I've heard it's really nice. Plus I love that area. Do you recommend it? I think I'm going to try for special benefit tickets. How about you?

^ yeah, we know that, Nurk - the AEG site says there's a show July 3 at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC - that's the Noblesville date.

Welcome merrymary! :)

I agree that KFOG would be on top of things, and it sure wouldn't hurt to have someone checking with them regarding any info they have.

I saw them at the Santa Cruz Civic in 1982, and could only dare to dream that they would return there. Great to think about the possibility, but doubtful.

So sorry. Both Santa Rosa and Santa Cruz were references to the scheduled Jackson Browne concerts-tickets yet not released.
I would expect Petty at Shoreline, but I love that place. Saw Mayer & Ben Folds at HP/San Jose. Awful sound. But then, our seats were a few rows up on stage right.

Still no word in San Francisco. Called one of the KFOG jocks again yesterday. She suggested we just keep checking the usual sources, and be ready to act quickly.

So, what exactly do we farm here on The Farm? Clearly, I have not done my research. Anyone have the Cliff Notes version?

Keep the faith!

Hey, merrymaker...Jackson continues to make me weak in the knees. Congratulations again and will be wanting to hear all about your show...mine is next month.

Now when will we hear about this SF show, I wonder?

SF show...some negotiating must be going on, just don't know. When Uncle Bill ran the place, this would not have happened.
So, I received an email from Santa Cruz Civic telling me that my seats had been reassigned, and I would receive another email with specifics. I assumed it was bad news. To my delight, the four tix had been moved up to row 5 (E) from 7, and from stage left to foofing dead center! I guess the Guacamole Fund seats were not selling. GF does great things, but seats were $200 vs $60, which I think includes an after party. I never, ever get lucky with these things, so I am stoked.
