I know of Amy Winehouse. I'm planning to see her at ACL Fest in a couple of weeks. I don't know any of her story though, so I didn't vote. If she looks high, I'll let you know, lol.

I don't know her story but if we boycotted every band who had a drug addicted member, there would be no rock bands left to go see.

I've seen her pictures in the tabloids. She's pretty strange. Good luck with that crowd, Lizzie!

I don't know much about her problem either. Just what I've heard here and there. But I agree with Marion, if we're going to start boycotting artist with drug addictions the arenas would be empty. I don't think so.

LOL....Yep...that's what I was thinking..

Well....I guess it's ironic that someone would sing about not going to rehab and end up going... If she does have a problem, the song has a new meaning....it's about addiction denial...

I'm not familiar with her music but of course I've heard of her. This reminds
me of the 60s when "the establishment" would admonish young people not
to buy rock albums. "They'll just use the money to buy drugs!"

The only time I boycott something or someone is if they are totally reprehensible like Ted Nugent. Marions right if we boycotted an artist because of drugs there would be no one left to see.

The only reason I know of her is from reading People magazine. She is an oddity to say the least. lol Ditto Marion and Doxie.
