you'll need these phone numbers if you buy the packages and your tix are not at will-call when you get there. the tix always get there at the last minute, so if you panic, you can call them. i had to call them on the last tour for the greek tix. here are the HCC (fanfire) phone #'s:

they are open from 6am til 9pm pacific time.

Also... I guess you can ask for the assistant tour manager:

Q: Who can help me at the show if something is wrong with my tickets or my tickets are not at the box office?
A: Fan club members should have the box office contact the assistant tour manager. They will be able to resolve most fan club ticket issues. They are not there to hear complaints from fans that their tickets are not close enough or requests for backstage passes. They are only there to help with issues about your tickets not being there, incorrect amount of tickets, etc.
