I don't really have a trunk in my Tracker but in the way back I have a jacket, jumper cables and a little table for when I eat my lunch in the car. The table is back there now because it's too hot to eat in the car but I do that a lot when it's cooler outside. It's a nice get away from work. Crank up the tunes and chill out for an hour. :020:

I don't have a trunk in my Tribute but in the very back is my hand truck for my work stuff and a bag of samples from my job. Marion, I used to eat in lunch in the car. I loved that little getaway.

Spare, jack, jumper cable, kids toys

jumper cables
spare oil (the Norstar engine takes 8 quarts, expands, and as part of its makeup requires a quart of oil every 1000 miles)
dirt from transporting plants
four tortilla warmers and 16 matching bowls in a pretty Mexican bolsa. Christmas gifts I bought in Mexico when I was in South Texas a few weeks back.
Several ACT District profiles.

Don't have a conventional spare in my Tiburon hatchback, but I have the 'donut', and all its necessities, plus a three-drawer, 36-cassette tape fake wood storage box from my father's room. I'm forever going in there to get a tape out! (The car also has a 6-CD changer in front, but I've been on an old cassette mission forever!) There's also a subwoofer back there, but that's integrated. I also throw the antenna in there when I take the Tib to the carwash, since I never listen to the radio, but Frank always ends up getting it out and screwing it back in!
