Although we've had a mild summer, September usually means temps below a hundred and cooler nights. It takes until November for the colors to change.

I love all seasons...Fall is beautiful here in the Garden State. Craft shows.....Cranberry Festival....I love that the garden is not calling me as much....my beach still has the warm water but the tourists are gone...I love the colors of mums and pumpkins, asters.....I love it! Oh yeah, and I can take the AC out.....

I like all the fall colors, the cooler weather, and I love to decorate for fall. On September 1st I put all my fall decor out all over the house. I hang up wooden decorations on the front poarch and on the back. My garden window hasfall houses that are lighted up. It sounds odd but my favorate holiday to decorate for is Turkey day.

The cooler temperatures. But, also....I LOVE the beautiful colors of autumn....the changing leaves and the golden glow of the afternoon sun.

I also love to watch the wildlife on our lake. More ducks, geese, heron, egrets, and sandpipers will be flying in. It's very intertaining to sit back on the patio early in morning or in the everning and watch hundreds of birds fly in from all directions and settle on the water.
