Poor Scott. He is one mess. He needs to leave the drugs and the booze alone. Easier said than done.

^ I agree.
I love Velvet Revolver, but you know, I wondered deep down inside when something like this would happen. Scott's been a drug addict for years.. especially heroin. Not many people can quit it. :085:

A rep for Velvet Revolver (http://www.x1063.com/iplaylist/artist/651389/)'s Scott Weiland denies a TMZ.com report that the singer was under the influence when he crashed his car on November 21 while driving on an L.A. highway.
A rep tells Usmagazine.com: "Scott Weiland was recently involved in a minor accident in Los Angeles and denies he was driving under the influence. He voluntarily took a Breathalyzer test which the defense believes registers well within the legal limit. He is anxious to get to court on December 13 and clear this matter up."

I'm with ya. They are a great band, but sadly, old habits do die hard.:085:

Yeah, he's been this route before and he knows that without that evidence, there's a better chance that the charges will be dismissed. Sad.
