Interesting thing I found in newspaper today.

Those who work the graveyard shift for long periods or who experience jet lag on a regular basis face a higher risk of cancer, according to a World Health Organization cancer report.

Interesting study. I've worked graveyard for over twenty years. I know it's been thought that it effects many aspects of our health. My physician has advised me a few times that I need to get off of the night shift because of my diabetes. Now cancer too. I guess it was just a matter of time. Thanks for posting this Aimee.
