Had a veggie sub sandwich at the football game last night. Delish! Plus,

Lots of junk food - we were driving home from Indiana and ate at a bagel shop, Steak and Shake, and a turnpike rest area in Pennsylvania. Ugh!

I had a salad and Amy's Thai Coconut Soup. I added finely chopped peanuts to the soup which I think made it a little Vietnamese. One of my favorite San Francisco restaurants used to cook it that way.
Nancy, you might like this. It's veggie... The soups are great! I bought it at my local health food store. Amy's soups were right next to Nancy's soups...LOL

General assembly at the Swiss Ochid Association was followed with a lovely dinner of Prawns in a thousand island sance, roast duck with a green pepper sauce, polenta and vegetables and for dessert a vanilla cream with berries.

Ames, I love Amy's brand. I often buy that brand of frozen dinners.
They have it in my regular supermarket, in the "gourmet" section,
which really means "expensive". LOL
The food is well worth the extra money though!
