I like Turkish food a lot. And, I very much like Turkish coffee; it's thicker than "our" coffee, very strong....but it has subtle cocoa undertones.

I like all of the above, except for French, but Mexican is my favorite.
Guess it's the Border influence. LOL We have great Mexican food here.

Ethiopian ... great fun you eat with your fingers and it tastes great... to put French cuisine under "Ethnic" is hilarious... never thought of that but I guess it must be for you :046: What do you think of that Jesse?

Definitely Mexican food. I was practically raised on it, and I eat Mexican food or some variation of it at least twice a week. I also love Italian and Chinese.

Has anyone ever tried Bulgarian food? I attended a baby shower for a Bulgarian woman last year, and the food was just amazing!
