Ok guys and gals whats on your playlists lately ?
Here's mine.....
2 weeks ago alot of dylan, i watched that dvd No Direction Home and got on a dylan kick.....
then TP's live CD from the DVD set...had to make my own cover for it though, I didn't want to carry the dvd set in the car.
now its the Animals.... been listening to the vox organ tones, etc.
and mixed in with all that was full moon fever...was learning the byrds cover tune.

hey tim, now that you mentioned vox, do you remember the original vox fuzz tone? a small chrome rectangle box you plugged straight into an amp. 1/4" male jack on 1 side and 1/4" female on the other side. i had 1 back in the 60's and have no idea where it is. oh, back to the original question, i've been listening to the dirty knobs and the yardbirds.

No.....I've seen pictures of it though. I had 2 different ones back then....a black one with 2 tones....and a brown that I still have that doesn't work, but has 2 knobs on it. I own 2 of those DOD fuzz FX, a flashback fuzz and a regular fuzz.
I remeber back in 72...I hit a chord on my gtr with my fuzz on to start "Jumpin' Jack Flash" and the speaker blew !!!! Do the Dirty Knobs have a release ?

lol, those damn speakers. as far as i know the dk's don't have a release.
